Service Description

Juicy, full body yoga + a relaxing yoni steam session in an intimate setting. During winter we slow down and turn inward. Our bodies become more stagnant and sleepier, and this is all part of our cyclical nature. New seasons carry new energies and Spring is the season for renewal and growth. Join Dawn Hamilton of Lemuria Yoga Studio, in this twisty, juicy, full body yoga flow that will focus on awakening and detoxifying your body. This flow will be followed by a deeply grounding and nourishing yoni steam session with Becky Haderer. Together this wellness experience will assist you in releasing old energies that have built up over the winter months, allowing you to feel lighter and able to soak in the spring vibes. Spring is a perfect time to release the old (beliefs, situation’s, people and energy) in order to sow new seeds. What you can expect: - gentle yoga flow (30 mins) - guided relaxation (5 min) - 20-minute Yoni steam (15 min) - energy cleansing w/ sage and reiki- tea Registration includes: - crystal - tea light candle - discounts offerings at Lemuria Yoga Studio and Pathways To The Sacred About facilitators: Becky is the founder of Pathways to the Sacred and The Space. She is a women’s wellness practitioner, postpartum doula, youth period empowerment coach, yoni steam facilitator and reiki practitioner. She believes life is inherently sacred. Even the mundane, chaotic, intense and really painful stuff! A lot of the time we get caught up in the day-to-day because life can feel so hard and painful. She lives it just like everyone else. Life is ebb and flow. It doesn't just get easy all of the sudden. But we can learn tools and practices, like yoni steaming to help us ride the waves and feel more in harmony with our body and life. Dawn Hamilton, owner of Lemuria Yoga Studio, her personal belief is that yoga is more than a pose, it’s the union of mind and body together with breath. She encourages you to meet yourself on the mat and honoring right where you are is exactly where you are supposed to be, no matter your level of experience. She’s discovered over the years that there are pillars in life that create a well-balanced soul such as self-care, wellbeing and movement. These pillars will blend together in a manner that will allow you to show up and shine your bright self. You will leave the studio feeling alive and awakened.

Notice of cancellation must be 3+ hrs before class via the website. No-show / late cancelation will incur $10 fee.
