With the arrival of spring comes a new energy, one full of brightness, lightness, and vigor. After slowing down for much of the winter, now is the time to reinvigorate your mind and body through your yoga practice and what you put on your plate. Incorporating even a little bit of yoga into your everyday routine can make a big difference to your overall happiness and health. Just 15 minutes a day can positively impact how you feel. Spring is a fresh start, choosing to eat lighter and brighter is a natural rhythm in our bodies honoring Spring. Superfoods are loaded with nutrients that help to check all the boxes to boost the nutritional levels in your body. You will learn about the purpose of these easy-to-find superfoods and how they balance your mood, energy, and digestive system. Dress comfy and bring a water bottle, notebook, and pen. What’s included? - E-book on 12 Vitality boosting food for Spring. - A 15-minute yoga flow incorporating 5 yoga poses that assist your overall health and happiness for Spring motivation. - E-book How to begin and the importance of Morning Rituals from that first-morning mantra to the extent of journaling and meditations. - Focused tips and tricks for busy women. - We will have time for open discussion and enjoy an enriched Green Smoothie made by Dawn. Dawn is a Certified Raw Food Chef, and Integrative Health Coach, her personal health journey began as a young adult with autoimmune deficiencies and continued with several misdiagnoses. The final straw for her was after looking at 8 different medication prescriptions and feeling like a complete zombie. She took a deep dive and took responsibility for her own health. Her recovery was not quick but it was steady. Discovering she was Celiac and also needing the support of bio-dentical hormones she slowly started healing. This soon became her passion over a decade ago sharing and educating others on how to holistically take responsibility for their own health.
