This class is a light option for those looking for the foundations of yoga. Great for beginners or for those who want a gentle flow. This class involves working with the natural flow of energy (prana) in the body, harnessing strength through the breath and quieting the mind. We'll use physical poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to achieve a greater sense of well-being and emotional balance. Modifications for all levels of practice are offered. All props are provided!
